The Niizuma Foundation displays and maintains Minoru Niizuma’s sculptures in New York and around the world. From Lisbon to Tokyo, over 100 sculptures are on display to the public. Maintaining each sculpture requires a different level of attention and care. The Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that every piece is well taken care of for the enjoyment of the public.
Many pieces are located in museums and sculpture gardens, while others can be found in public parks, botanical gardens, and even a rest stop in Vermont. For a complete list, please visit the Public Works page.
The Minoru Niizuma Foundation also maintains various other public sculptures around the world. Artwork by former students as well as colleagues from symposiums make up the majority of these works. The Foundation continues Minoru Niizuma’s dedication to the genre of stone sculpture.
